Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All products at The Threadist are made-to-order.
Printing and processing usually take 2–4 business days before dispatch.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, orders typically take:
• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier workload, weather conditions or operational delays.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping for orders above the minimum value mentioned on our store.
• A small shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept online/prepaid payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take 24–48 hours to reflect.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the delivery fails due to wrong/ incomplete address, unreachable phone number or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to origin (RTO).
RTO orders are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If you want the item reshipped, new shipping charges will apply.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
Courier delays are outside our control.
If your package is delayed, please allow some extra time for delivery.
For any concerns, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to assist you.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within India only.
9. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts.
Please keep your phone available and ensure the address is accessible during delivery days.
