1. Overview

The Threadist operates as a print-on-demand brand. All products are made-to-order. By accessing our site, you accept all terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to place an order. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

3. Products & Availability

Products are created after an order is placed. Colours and print placement may vary slightly. We may update pricing, designs or availability without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. We only accept prepaid/online payments. Orders are processed after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary due to printing duration, courier delays or operational issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We follow a strict no return / no refund policy for size issues, change of mind or delivery delays.

Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items. An unboxing video and clear photos are required within 7 days of delivery.

Orders returned due to customer unavailability or wrong address (RTO) are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After printing begins, cancellations are not possible. We may cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding elements on thethreadist.in, including our name, logo, product descriptions and website content, are the property of The Threadist.

Some artwork or design ideas used in our products may be inspired by public references, popular culture, or freely available visual themes. We do not claim exclusive ownership over such general inspirations.

However, all final product layouts, edits, colour combinations, text stylisation and presentation formats created for The Threadist are compiled and arranged by us for use on our platform.

If any creator or copyright holder believes that content on this site infringes their rights, they may contact us directly at support@thethreadist.in. We will review the request promptly and take appropriate action, including modification or removal of the affected content.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to violate laws, submit false information, misuse the website or attempt to disrupt operations. We may limit or deny service in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for courier delays, incorrect addresses, minor colour or print variations, or damages after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Privacy

Use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of updated terms.
