Return & Refund Policy

At The Threadist, every product is made-to-order, printed and shipped only after a customer places an order. Because our products are custom printed individually, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the design.

However, if there is any issue caused by damage, printing error, or if you received the wrong product, we are here to help.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in delivery due to courier operations

  • Customer’s incorrect address or unavailability

All products are printed uniquely per order, so we cannot restock or resell returned items.

2. Replacement Only (If Item Is Defective or Wrong)

You are eligible for a free replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Wrong item or wrong size sent by us

To qualify, you must send us:

  1. Unboxing video (clearly showing the package being opened)

  2. Photos of the product showing the issue

  3. Photo of the invoice/label on the packet

Time window: Within 7 days of delivery

If the required proof is not provided, we cannot process a replacement.

3. Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone not reachable

  • Order refusal

We cannot offer a refund.

If you want the item reshipped, shipping charges will apply again.

4. Size Exchanges

We do not offer free size exchanges.

If you received the correct size but want to change it, a new order must be placed by the customer.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing your order.

After printing begins, cancellations are not possible.

6. What’s Not Covered

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences

  • Slight placement differences of print (within manufacturing tolerance)

  • Minor fabric or stitch variations

7. How Replacements Work

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Reprint the product

  • Ship it at no extra cost

  • Provide a new tracking number

IMPORTANT

No refund will be issued under any circumstance unless the order cannot be fulfilled from our side.

Replacement is the only resolution for defective orders.
